Good and easy location to get to popular Sheridan attractions thanks to a bus stop next to the hotel. Good choice of food options relatively close to the venue👍

varied and warm breakfast, it was included. having a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a radio in my brand-new room was really great. the location was convenient and peaceful, close to downtown, convenient to go everywhere.

The room they initially gave us didn't have a made bed. The second room they assigned us only had one bed. The third room was fine, but we had to go back and forth, up and down stairs several times to finally get an acceptable room.

You booked me in Hampton and no rooms there when I arrived.room in quality had running toilet . Had to take bags down to get new room and carry bags back up . No elevator. Air conditioner was loud wall unit. No way to sleep with it on. Food truck did not arrive for breakfast so limited food in the a. M.. Terrible place. Your fault for getting me a room in a nice hotel when they had no rooms . Desk clerk said you do it frequently

Request a room facing away from the freeway for a quieter, more restful stay, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

My room smelled smoky and the staff switched me to a better smelling room immediately, no questions or funny looks.

The beds were very comfortable. We also liked the direct access from outside and a second door into the hallway. Breakfast was very good.

Very poor lighting. One of the 2 bulbs in the bedside lamp was burned out, and the 1 floor lamp didn't work at all. Would be OK if all we wanted to do was watch TV; however, we both wanted to read.

The carpet was stained, but the room was clean.

The breakfast included tasty waffles and had a good variety, contributing positively to the experience. The location is conveniently located right off the highway without much noise. The cleanliness could be improved, as surfaces were not thoroughly dusted before arrival.

The room was super clean and had an comfy bed. I enjoyed the yummy waffles for breakfast! There were cozy spots to relax, including a nice outdoor area, and the pool looked inviting. Just a heads up, the stairs might be a bit tough if you've got knee issues, but it didn't ruin our stay 😊
